PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film high in water vapor barrier characteristics simply and conveniently. SOLUTION: This is the transparent conductive film in which on a thermoplastic transparent base material, a transparent conductive layer and an overcoat layer which is molded by a liquid phase method and which has polyolefine film as the main component are arranged in this order.
