PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a user might be required to perform an excessive process when controlling an opening of a throttle valve 16. SOLUTION: A throttle hold switch 44 instructing to fix the opening of the throttle valve 16 is provided on a handlebar side opposite to a handlebar side (right side) having an accelerator grip 40. When the throttle hold switch 44 is turned on, an ECU 60 performs control to maintain the opening (throttle openingθ) of the throttle valve 16 at that time. The throttle hold switch 44 releases the user from the operation of the accelerator grip 40 during traveling on an expressway and driving in a heavy traffic section etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
