PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe roof and its formation method by which pipes to be newly installed can be propelled smoothly while engaging joint members of adjacent pipes with each other. SOLUTION: Pipes 1 forming the pipe roof are connected in a manner that the adjacent pipes 1 are connected with each other by joining a male joint member 3 to a female joint member 4. Cutout parts are formed in a male joint body 32 of the male joint member 3 or in a female joint body 42 of the female joint member 4 in a manner of being spaced in an extending direction of a single pipe 2.
