PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gait analyzing system analyzing a gait easily and precisely. SOLUTION: The gait analyzing system is equipped with pressure detection parts 10<SB>L</SB>and 10<SB>R</SB>which are provided in shoes worn by a user to detect the grounding pressure at a plurality of the positions of the sole with the elapse of time, a gait analyzing part 302 for analyzing the gait of the user on the basis of a change in the grounding pressures respectively detected at a plurality of the positions of the sole, an improving data forming part 303 for forming the data for improving the gait of the user on the basis of the analyzing result of the gait analyzing part 302 and a headphone device 40 and a monitor 50 both of which output the data formed by the improving data forming part 303.
