摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-efficient fluorescence microscope having a highly-functional dichroic mirror. SOLUTION: The fluorescence microscope has the highly-functional dichroic mirror, and the wavelength characteristic curve of its reflection/transmittance has a first reflection band that covers a wavelength band of one exciting light out of two kinds of exciting light, a first transmission band that covers a wavelength band of fluorescence generated according to the one exciting light, a second reflection band that covers a wavelength band of the other exciting light out of the two kinds of exciting light, and a second transmission band that covers a wavelength band of fluorescence generated according to the other exciting light. The reflectance of the first and second reflection bands is 95% or more, the transmittance of the first and second transmission bands is 95% or more, the wavelength width of the first transmission band and the wavelength width of the second transmission band are 25 nm or more, and the rising width from the first reflection band to the first transmission band and the rising width from the second reflection band to the second transmission band are 6 nm or less.
