PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the visualization of a biological portion isolated by a method for isolating a target biological portion from a biological sample with the use of colloidal magnetic particles.

SOLUTION: Flocculation of magnetic nanoparticles on the surface of an isolated target biological portion is controlled.
