PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center apparatus capable of performing apparatus development works and performance tests in a call center, without using a dedicated gateway apparatus or an alternative simulator of a gateway apparatus. SOLUTION: The call center apparatus according to the invention associates data with a type of an extended header in a call connection procedure message exchanged between a gateway apparatus and a call control server, and stores the associated data. When a call from an IP telephone terminal is terminated, the call center apparatus transmits the serving data to an operator information terminal according to the incoming call.
