PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and an information processing method for simplifying the customization or the extension or the like of a function. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a component control means for making a plurality of software components execute processing in the order of execution based on the connection relation of the software components, and the component control means makes at least one of the software components included in the connection relation wait for the execution of processing, and makes the software component in a stand-by state execute the processing after the processing is completed by other software components.
