PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structure for realizing a stable contact resistance value and a grounding system of a mobile body, in the mobile body having a main body constituted by combining prescribed panels. SOLUTION: This panel structure is mounted on the mobile body. The panel structure includes a carbon panel and a connecting part. The connecting part electrically connects the other end of an earth wire having one grounded end to the carbon panel. By the connection, the carbon panel is grounded via the connecting part and the earth wire, and thereby the resistance value becomes stable to be grounded via the carbon panel.
