<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which informs a person in a vehicle performing road-to-vehicle communication and vehicle-to-vehicle communication, of the reason why the electric waves from a radio station cannot be received, when the vehicle cannot receive the electric waves. <P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus 1 is provided to a user's vehicle 2. The communication apparatus 1 includes a communication part 10, a determination part 11, and an informing part 12, and the communication part 10 performs wireless communication with road side units 3 and other terminals. When the communication part 10 cannot receive electric waves transmitted from road side units 3, reception conditions for wireless communication apparatuses 6 provided to peripheral vehicles 5 are received.
