<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological data acquiring device capable of stably observing the electric signal of a living body and not damaging the comfortability of an occupant. <P>SOLUTION: The biological data acquiring device has a first electrocardiographic sensor electrode 210 and a second electrocardiographic sensor electrode 220 attached in a seat, a temperature sensor 91 provided in a seat to detect the temperature in the vicinity of the electrodes, a humidity sensor 92 provided in the seat to detect the humidity in the vicinity of the electrodes, a heater cooler 60 provided in the seat to control the temperature in the vicinity of the electrodes, a humidifier-dehumidifier 70 provided in the seat to control the humidity in the vicinity of the electrodes, and a control processing part for directing operation with respect to the heater cooler 60 and the humidifier-dehumidifier 70 on the basis of the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 91 and the humidity detected by the humidity sensor 92.
