<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device for a construction machine canceling vibration when natural vibration occurs by introducing phase reversed vibration waveform of the natural vibration of a structure generated according to the operation state to a differential pressure adjusting part as an external signal. <P>SOLUTION: A spool 28a has three large diameter parts D1, D2, and D3. Detection pressure Ps at a hydraulic pressure actuator side is introduced to an oil chamber RM1 storing a spring 28b through a port PT1. Pressure Pd at a delivery port side of a pump 22 is introduced to a port PT5 provided at the oil chamber RM2 through the port PT5. Operation command pressure X is introduced to a port PT2 provided adjacently to the oil chamber RM3. A left end surface of the spool faces the oil chamber RM5 and external signal Z acquired by electric-hydraulic conversion of phase reversed signal SG1 of natural vibration waveform of a structure is given to the oil chamber.
