<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor for simultaneously acquiring information on the main component and sub component, without depending on the experience or the knowledge of an analyst, when an unknown material is identified based on a spectrum. <P>SOLUTION: For the spectrum of the unknown material, a plurality of high similarity spectra are selected as candidates, based on a previously prepared spectral library. Next, peak collation is applied to a predetermined numbers of spectra, having high similarity of the candidate spectra, and a material having cleared the peak collation is used as the main component. Meanwhile the peak collation is applied to the spectra that have not become the target of the peak collation at that time of the candidate spectra, and the clearing material serves as the sub component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
