<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody against P-cadherin, bringing advantage on the therapy of patients of various kinds of cancers. <P>SOLUTION: The antibody including human antibodies and the antigen-binding portion thereof bind to P-cadherin, and function to inhibit the P-cadherin. The heavy and light chain immunoglobulins derived from human P-cadherin antibody and nucleic acid molecules encoding such immunoglobulins are also provided.
