PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight muffler hanger that achieves product size reduction while surely preventing falling-off of the muffler side even if a rubber elastic material is fractured and preventing the occurrence of the problem that a falling-off preventing member causes interference with peripheral components. SOLUTION: The muffler hanger 18 comprises: a hanger body 32, which is provided with a first mounting part 36 to a first support part on the vehicle-body side and a second mounting part 38 to a second support part on the muffler side and composed of a rubber elastic material elastically connecting the first support part to the second support part; and a falling-off preventing member 34 that is mounted to the hanger body 32 so as to prevent falling-off of the muffler side by hanging the muffler side when the hanger body 32 is fractured and a hanging force is lost.
