PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic boom arranged so as to prevent influence of an inner boom and a sweeper, and capable of improving assembly work efficiency. SOLUTION: The telescopic boom 20 is equipped with a side surface slider 51 disposed in a boom space between a base end boom 21 and an intermediate boom 22, slidably abutting with a left surface 22b and a right surface 22c of the intermediate boom 22, and guiding expansion and contraction of the intermediate boom 22; a spacer 52 provided between the side surface slider 51 and the base end boom 21 and adjusting a position of the side surface slider 51; and a side surface sweeper 30 provided between the spacer 52 and the side surface slider 51 and having a base part 35 covering a front part of the boom space in a front end of the base end boom 21. The side surface slider 51 holds the side surface sweeper 30 and the spacer 52 between an inner surface of the base end boom 21 and it, and the side surface slider 51, the side surface sweeper 30 and the spacer 52 are fixed by the base end boom 21.
