PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine for which a front structure and a rear structure can be accurately positioned so that a movable performance means and the front structure do not interfere even when a large-sized movable performance means is loaded. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine has a center case provided with the front structure 21 freely detachably mounted on a game board 5 from the front side, the rear structure 23 freely detachably mounted on the back side of the game board 5 corresponding to the front structure 21, and the movable performance means 32 disposed between the front structure 21 and the rear structure 23 and provided on the side of the rear structure 23. The pinball game machine is provided with a first positioning means 54 for positioning the front structure 21 to the game board 5 and a second positioning means 55 for positioning the rear structure 23 to the front structure 21. The second positioning means 55 comprises a positioning hole 59a or the like provided on the side of the rear structure 23 and a positioning projection part 58a or the like provided on the side of the front structure 21 and fitted in the cross direction to the positioning hole 59a or the like.
