PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin made hollow structural plate having lightweight and high rigidity and especially being superior in heat-resistant bending property. SOLUTION: In the hollow structural plate, at least a surface material of the hollow structural plate where the surface material 2 made of thermoplastic resin sheet overlies both surfaces of a core material 1 heat-sealed in such a state that hollow truncated conical projection parts each other projected on the thermoplastic resin sheet are butted is formed with a glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet. The thermoplastic resin composing the core material and the surface material is a polypropylene resin and at least surface material is formed by the glass fiber reinforced polypropylene.
