PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable printing of a desired numeric character and especially a production time of a finished product clearly in legible style of front. SOLUTION: Four "8"-shaped projecting parts 15 are formed on the printing face 11 of a printing plate, as a production time display part 12. Each "8"-shaped projecting part 15 consists of seven bar-like projecting parts 16 in order to form "8" displayed in 7 segments. Further, in order to represent a production year and a production month each in two-digit numeral, a dot-like projecting part 17 is formed so as to divide the "8"-shaped projecting parts 15 in each two-digits. Besides, right before printing on a finished product, the unnecessary bar-like projecting part formed in the production time display part 12 of the printing face 11 is removed and the right/left inverted character of the desired numeral, is formed.
