PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate support image data effective for observing a blood vessel part where a device operation is difficult. SOLUTION: When performing the device operation to a blood vessel under the observation of road map data based on three-dimensional blood vessel data gathered beforehand and perspective image data gathered roughly in real time, a device operation judgement part 54 measures the moving distance of a device distal end part and the moving area of a device using device transmission data based on the perspective image data, and judges device operability difficulty to the blood vessel part to which the device distal end part is inserted on the basis of the measured values. Then, when judging that the difficulty is high, a support image data generation part 55 generates the support image data by superimposing local three-dimensional blood vessel image data, for which a device inserting direction is a line-of-sight direction and which are generated using the three-dimensional blood vessel data included in the region of interest centering on the device distal end part, on wide-range three-dimensional blood vessel image data based on the three-dimensional blood vessel data.
