<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delineator having superior visually confirming performance and hardly snow falling performance in a snowstorm or a snowfall as a snow pole. <P>SOLUTION: This delineator 1 has an inside column 5 and a cylindrical outside transparent cover 6 fitted and installed on its just outside. A large number of light emitting parts 7 are arranged at an equal interval in a vertical one row on a front face of the inside column, and a dark color system reflection sheet 10 is stuck to the substantially whole surface except for the light emitting parts. The light emitting parts have a conical reflection surface 7a recessed on the front face of the inside column, and a light emitting element 8 is installed in its bottom part so as not to project from the front face of the inside column. The light of the respective light emitting parts is intensively irradiated to a front relatively narrow angle range without diffusing to the side or in the vertical direction of the delineator, and an irradiating light quantity is increased as the whole delineator, and visibility is largely improved.
