<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for efficiently and continuously making fried eggs in a shape commonly prepared in a household. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for making fried eggs includes: an egg pan 1 for spreading out beaten eggs; a heating device 4 for heating the egg pan 1; a spatula 6 for scooping, from above the egg pan 1, the fried eggs 20 spread out in a crepe on the egg pan 1; a driving device 8 for moving the spatula 6 along a folding direction of the crepe-shaped fried eggs on the egg pan 1 and for turning the spatula 6 on the egg pan 1; and a controller 10 for controlling the operation of this driving device 8. The driving of the driving device 8 is controlled by the controller in a manner that after the spatula 6 is inserted between the crepe-shaped fried eggs 20 and the upper face of the egg pan 1, the spatula 6 is turned so that the crepe-shaped fried eggs 20 on the spatula are folded over on top of the nearby crepe-shaped fried eggs 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
