<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a program for performing a process in response to the turning on of an icon, and to prevent execution of a process that is not permitted. <P>SOLUTION: If a printing order is given (S81), a satisfactory flag FG is '1' and a button display is not shown (S83) when a button is pushed down, the button is displayed on an operation panel (S84). If the print order is given (S81) and the satisfactory flag FG is '0' (S82) when the button is pushed down, the button is not displayed but an inhibition release button is displayed (S85). If the inhibition release button is pushed down, a warning and permission buttons are displayed. If the permission button is pushed down, buttons that have not been shown are displayed normally and can be pushed down.
