<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning member capable of reducing damage of a member and lightening operator's burden by attaching the bearing of the turning member to be openable/closable and with good positioning accuracy to the turning shaft of a device main body, and an image forming apparatus equipped therewith. <P>SOLUTION: The bearing parts 30a and 30b attachably/detachably and turnably engaged with a shaft 29 are provided to the engaging parts 25aa and 25bb of the lower end 25a of a double-sided unit 25. Communicating grooves 33a and 33b are formed to be held between first projecting parts 34a and 34b and second projecting parts 35a and 35b projecting nearly in parallel from the opening ends of the bearing parts 30a and 30b.
