<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for creating a three-dimensional free form with good accuracy and in a short period. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preparing a three-dimensional solid free form fabrication object comprises spreading a non-reactive powder on a substrate, selectively dispensing a reactive powder on the non-reactive powder to form a mixture of a reactive resin and the non-reactive powder, creating the three-dimensional free form by dispensing selectively the reactive resin, and curing the reactive resin to encapsulate the non-reactive powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
