PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set synchronization and nonsynchronization of data output timing when outputting inspection result data to the outside, in each of a plurality of outputs. SOLUTION: An inspection control/processing part 4 sets the synchronization and the nonsynchronization of the data output timing in each of the plurality of output I/Fs 7, and an output control part 6 output-controls the plurality of output I/Fs 7 to output the inspection result data to the outside, at the set data output timing.
