PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is not possible to monitor the dead angle of a sensor to be generated due to the existence of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A vehicle sensor loaded on a vehicle is configured to acquire dead angle information showing the dead angle of a ground object sensor installed in a ground object to be generated when a vehicle exits in the monitoring range of the ground object sensor, and to drive a vehicle sensor including at least a portion of a dead angle within the monitoring range of the vehicle sensor, and to output monitor information showing the detection results of the ground object sensor and the driven vehicle sensor.
