PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a connecting part of a piston part and a drive part of a diaphragm pump. SOLUTION: The diaphragm pump 1 is provided with a rotor 4, a drive shaft 8 obliquely protruded from an output shaft 5 of the rotor 4, a drive body 9 supported by the drive shaft 8, and a piston part 26 moving up and down with following the drive body 9, and provides pumping action by moving a diaphragm part 25 up and down. A small diameter neck part 13 including a locking projection part 15 connected to a drive element 20 provided on the drive body 9 is provided at a lower part of the piston part 26.
