PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staple fiber nonwoven fabric reducing processing temperature in thermal bonding, suppressing decrease of adhering force in using under an atmosphere at a high temperature, excellent in durability and mechanical performance and excellent in texture and flexibility. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the staple fiber nonwoven fabric consisting of the staple fibers comprising a polyester having 150°C or higher of melting point or flow start temperature, wherein a component adhering each staple fiber constituting the nonwoven fabric consists of a dicarboxylic acid component comprising terephthalic acid as a main component and a diol component comprising at least 50 mol.% of 1,6-hexane diol, and 0.01-5.0 mass.% of a crystal nucleating agent, and has melting point (Tm) in 100-150°C, and contains a polyester A the DSC curve indicating dropping-temperature crystallization which is determined by DSC satisfies the equation.
