PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel sheet having excellent syneresis and adhesivity and a sheet-like cosmetic having excellent moisture retaining property. SOLUTION: The gel sheet comprises a hydrogel. The hydrogel has a storage elastic modulus of≥2 at 25°C at 0.1 strain based on a storage elastic modulus at 25°C at 1 strain.
