PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the rigidity of a vehicle body at and around a rear wheel house. SOLUTION: A floor tunnel part 3 is reinforced by a tunnel reinforcement 4 joined to an upper part and extending in a longitudinal direction. Upper positions of the rear wheel house 11 of left and right side walls 10 of the vehicle body are connected to each other by a package member 13 extending in a vehicle width direction. Left and right end parts of the package member 13 are connected relative to the wheel house 11 by a package reinforcement 14 extending in a vertical direction respectively. A rear end part of the tunnel reinforcement 4 and left and right end parts of the package member 13 are connected by a gusset member 20 arranged at a front side of the package reinforcement 14. A front portion of the wheel house 11 than the package member 13 and the package reinforcement 14 is connected to the gusset member 20 by an extension member 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
