PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body side part structure capable of controlling deformation of doors by receiving and dispersing a load with doors irrespective of the height of a bumper or a front side frame of the other vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicle body side part structure 11 consists of a front vehicle body side part structure 45 provided at the left front door 24 and a rear vehicle body side part structure 46 provided at the left rear door 26. The front vehicle body side part structure 45, which is mounted in a left front side wall opening part 23 of a vehicle 21 via door hinges, comprises a left front door 24 fixed by a door lock and a front door beam member 36 provided inside the left front door 24, and overlaps an opening part 23 of the left front sidewall in a closed state. The front door beam member 36, which consists of a wide member 56 in an inverted triangle plate shape and a reinforcement member 57 of roughly a T-shape jointed to the wide member 56, disperses a side impact load by the wide member and the reinforcement member.
