PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MFC/resin composite material dispersed uniformly with MFCs into a resin, without flocculating the fellow MFCs, a manufacturing method therefor, and a molding thereof. SOLUTION: This MFC/resin composite material constituted of the resin and the MFC is dispersed uniformly with the MFCs to make the MFCs relaxed without being flocculated have air gaps, and contain a resin particles in the air gaps.
