PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural covering sheet cutter forming an agricultural covering sheet which corresponds to any kinds of seedlings or the like, and reduces a cultivation area exposed from an opening portion. SOLUTION: The agricultural covering sheet cutter pressed on an agricultural covering sheet to form an opening part formed of three slits, includes a cylindrical cutter body 110 and six blade parts 120 radially attached to the inside of the cutter body 110, wherein the blade parts 120 project toward the center part of the cutter body part 110.
