A holder is disposed in the case. The holder is mounted with an actuator that moves in the predetermined direction and a wiring board having a detector. A positioning mechanism between relevant components for detecting the positions of components is provided such as a wiring board and a holder, the position of magnet in particular. In this way, the magnet and the detector opposing to each other are positioned. As a result, when a vehicle switch is assembled, the variation in position of the magnet and detector is reduced. Accordingly, the vehicle switch is enhanced in switching accuracy and becomes capable of reliable operation.
