<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method of sealing state of a fuel cell in which the sealing state of a seal portion can be inspected in a non-destructive way, in high precision, and in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: In the inspection method of a sealing state of a fuel cell, an adhesive 71 to form a seal portion 70 is coated between an electrolyte membrane and a pair of separators 11, 12 for the fuel cell or between the separators 11, 12, and both are jointed, and thereafter, X-rays 100 are irradiated and the seal portion 70 is imaged in picture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
