<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closure body for a bottle and other medical containers which is used together with conventional containers such as a medicine bottle or a cartridge, secures the sealing performance of the container, attains a favorable level of a cleaning property without metal particles or dust that stains at a medicine, a transfer set or a clean room, and prevents a health care worker from being exposed to a sharp metal edge. <P>SOLUTION: The plastic closure body 40 is formed of a polymer, preferably a polymer alloy or a molten blend which has malleability enough to be deformable in a radial direction and rigidity enough to keep its shape after the deformation and has enough durability to a creep to maintain the sealing performance between the plastic closure body 40 and a container 22 after the deformation.
