PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize whether write processing to an EEPROM built-in IC tag is normally terminated in the preceding session.
SOLUTION: This accessing method writes data in a nonvolatile memory that has to record the original bit after resetting each bit to "1" when writing the data. A write routine comprises three steps including a preprocessing step of writing a management bit "1", a real writing step of writing write target data in a recording area, and a post-processing step of writing a management bit "0". At starting each session, a confirmation step of reading a management bit is performed to recognize that the preceding session is normally terminated when it is "0" and that the session is abnormally terminated when it is "1". When a plurality of applications are switched and used, an independent management bit is prepared for each application, and normal termination or abnormal termination is determined in each application.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
