<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the number of replacement pages when an application edits output data registered in a database, and outputs a print document. <P>SOLUTION: Line feed information set for a print document is set to output data (S413). Then, first output data whose line feed information is set are transferred to the database, and re-registered (S404). Then, the first output data are acquired from the database, and second output data for generating a print document are created (S413).
