<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit and a switching method capable of reducing effect of retention of data inside. <P>SOLUTION: A timing control means receives a plurality of data that have been input in parallel, and adjusts timings of the plurality of data so that data having a same output destination do not exist at a same timing. A multiplexing means generates a multiple signal by multiplying the plurality of data whose timings have been adjusted in the timing control means by an orthogonal code that has been determined for each output destination, and then by multiplexing data being at the same timing together.
