PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser radar device capable of detecting over around the device and three-dimensionally measuring also. SOLUTION: The laser radar device 1 includes: a laser diode 10; a photo diode 20; a turning deflection mechanism 40 which has a deflection part 41 turnably constituted around the central axis 42a; and a first motor 50 for turning and driving the turning deflection mechanism 40. The deflection part 41 of the turning deflection mechanism 40 has such function as to deflect laser light toward the space and to deflect the reflection light toward a light detecting means. Further, a derivation device 80 constituted so as to enable a part of the laser light from the laser diode 10 to deliver out and capable of changing its derivation direction is provided. By changing the derivation direction of the laser light using this derivation device 80, the incident direction of the laser light to the deflection part 41 changes, thereby the direction of the laser light from the deflection part 41 changes with respect to the direction of the central axis 42a.
