PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform maintenance of a compressor connected with a refrigerant circuit in a humidity controller comprising the refrigerant circuit connected with an adsorption heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A storage chamber 36 is formed in a casing 11 in a state of being faced to a maintenance opening 12a, and the compressor 53 is disposed in the storage chamber 36. The compressor 53 is separated from the refrigerant circuit 50 by releasing connection of coupling members 64, 65, 66, 67 of the refrigerant circuit 50.
