PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner saving on a space of a body by reducing a distance to a water receiver while preventing dew condensation on a filter mounting frame of the air conditioner. SOLUTION: This air conditioner includes: an indoor heat exchanger (not shown in drawing); an indoor blower (not shown in drawing); a filter (not shown in drawing) disposed on an upstream side of the indoor heat exchanger; the filter mounting frame 3 provided with the filter; and the water receiver 4 disposed in a lower part of the indoor heat exchanger for receiving condensate water dropping from the indoor heat exchanger 1, and an aluminum adhesive tape 7 is disposed on a face opposite the water receiver 4, at a lower portion of the filter mounting frame 3. Since thermal influence by radiation from the water receiver 4 to the filter mounting frame 3 is reduced by the aluminum adhesive tape 7, the distance between the water receiver 4 and the filter mounting frame 3 is reduced by just that much, and the space of the body (not shown in drawing) is reduced in space.
