PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turn-buckle which can stably maintain a fixed state. SOLUTION: A first male thread member 1 includes a first male thread part 11 formed at a first pitch interval and in a fixed spiral direction on at least one end part. A second male thread member 2 includes a second male thread part 21 formed at a second pitch interval different from the first pitch interval and in the spiral direction on at least one end part. A thread fixing member 3 includes a through-hole 30, and a first female thread part 31 which screws on the first male thread part 11 at one end part of the through-hole 30, a second female thread part 32 which screws on the second male thread part 21 at another end part of the through-hole 30 and a butt part 33 between the first female thread part 31 and the second female thread part 32 respectively.
