PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball-type joint that is lightweight, cost effective, and capable of securing high precision and high reliability by preventing the occurrence of rattling. SOLUTION: The ball-type joint 14 is structured by fitting a spherical recessed part 17a of a resin joint body 17 provided at the end of a rod 15 to a spherical metal pin 16. In this joint, a resin piece (pressing member) 18 is provided slidably on the joint body 17, and the resin piece is pressed to the metal pin 16 by a flat spring (biasing means) 19 provided inside the joint body 17. For example, the joint body 17 is formed integrally with the rod 15, and as the biasing means, the flat spring 19 of a U-shape is attached contractedly onto a rectangular hole 20 penetrated in the joint body 17.
