PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a fuel supply limit during cruise control. SOLUTION: The fuel supply restricting device 1 for vehicle includes a CC control part 21 to calculate a request throttle opening on the basis of the deviation of the traveling speed of the vehicle concerned from the target speed, a throttle actuator 15 to drive a throttle on the basis of the request throttle opening calculated by the CC control part 21, a fuel supply control part 23 to cut fuel to the engine when the request throttle opening is at a fuel cut threshold or smaller and to resume fuel supply to the engine in case that the request throttle opening at the fuel cut has reached or exceeded an off-threshold for the fuel cut which is greater than the fuel cut threshold, and a throttle opening restricting means to set the throttle opening upper limit value which becomes a smaller value smaller than the off-threshold for the fuel cut, whereby the request throttle opening is limited at or below the throttle opening upper limit value in the case that the fuel cut is conducted in the case that the request throttle opening is at or below the fuel cut threshold.
