PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microtube cap attaching/detaching tool for creating medicine capable of easily detaching a cap sealing an opening of a microtube for creating medicine by hand, easily sealing the opening of the microtube for creating medicine in an open state by the cap, and easily transferring the microtube for creating medicine. SOLUTION: A hook pin 120 has a diameter fitted to a recessed part formed at a head of the cap against an elastic force of the cap, and has a curve-chamfered part 130 at one side of a tip. A cut surface 140 avoiding engagement with the edge of the recessed part when the hook pin 120 is tilted at the opposite side of the curve-chamfered part 130 is formed on a surface opposite to the curve-chamfered part 130.
