PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat structure which facilitates the maintenance of a rear combination lamp or the like in a vehicle providing a seat up to the vicinity of the rear wall of the vehicle. SOLUTION: An occupant's seat at the rearmost end of a vehicle comprises an L-shaped seat frame having a longitudinal part which is continuous to a substantially horizontal part fixed to a vehicle body and upwardly bent from an end of the horizontal part, a seat back with its lower end turnably pivotally supported by the lower part of the longitudinal part of the seat frame, an engaging member provided in an intermediate part of the longitudinal part of the seat frame, an engagement hook constantly biased to an opposite side of a cushion part of the seat back in the engaging direction with the engaging member by an elastic member, and a lock state maintaining member selectively switchable between states where the engagement hook is prevented from rocking to a disengaging direction from the engaging member and where the engagement hook is allowed to rock to the disengaging direction from the engaging member.
