PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double folded pouch that can reduce a film thickness to reduce the pouch in weight and is favorable in handling ability in use, and from which a content can be poured favorably from a pouring opening, and that is high in efficiency for transportation. SOLUTION: Two sheets of folded films are laminated so that their folded lines are oriented upwardly. The inner film is then lowered with respect to the outer film. Left and right side edges of the overlapped outer and inner films, and lower ends of the films are formed with sealed portions. Thus, the double folded pouch is formed so as to have two content accommodating portions communicating through the upper portion of the pouch. The pouch is formed with a pouring opening having an extracting path of the content in the upper edge of the pouch either at the left end or the right end.
