PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen capable of improving inspection accuracy, using an immunochromatography method. SOLUTION: The specimen B1 includes: a porous carrier 7 for developing an analyte; reagent immobilization sections 8A, 8B, 8C made of reagents immobilized to the porous carrier 7; and a case 6 that stores the porous carrier 7 and has a measurement window 62 for exposing the reagent immobilizing sections 8A, 8B, 8C. In the case 6, an inclined surface 6b adjacent to the measurement window 62 and having inclination is formed so that it is spaced apart from the measurement window 62, the farther away from the surface of the porous carrier 7 in the thickness direction of the porous carrier 7.
